Nairobi, September 5 2019

Soccer Expo’s Boniface Muchiri and Enosh Ochieng have been called up for Harambee Stars’ International Friendly against Uganda Cranes.

Tusker FC’s prolific midfielder Boniface Muchiri and Ulinzi Stars talisman Enosh Ochieng are part of the Harambee Stars’ squad that will face Uganda Cranes in their International friendly match at the MISC Kasarani on Sunday, September 8, 2019.

Muchiri, who has tallied four caps for the senior National team, will be seeking to impress the new Harambee Stars head coach Francis Kimanzi after having a promising 2018/2019 season with Tusker scoring a total of eight goals. The former Sony Sugar FC midfielder has previously featured for Kenya against Mozambique, Iraq, Thailand and Sierra Leone.

The 2018/2019 Kenyan Premier League golden boot winner Ochieng will also be up against Uganda Cranes after he received his third consecutive call up to the National team. The Ulinzi Stars talisman scored 20 league goals to be the league’s top scorer but failed to make it to Sebastien Migne’s final squad for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations.
